Participants will garner the ability to evaluate their own clinical environments as trauma-informed, safe, affirming, and inviting environments. Participants will be introduced to methods to assess whether their in-house approach creates user-hostile dynamics. Participants will hone a critical awareness of how intimate partner violence and sexual violence particularly impact trans/gender non-conforming/non-binary individuals, and their ability to seek assistance due to stigmatization and internalization.
