Meghan is a NYS Provisionally-Licensed Mental Health Counselor working toward full licensure. Meghan graduated from St. John Fisher University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program earning her Master of Science in 2024. Meghan completed her internship experience at Pediatric Behavioral Health and Wellness through URMC. Meghan is also a certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor from Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda. Meghan has extensive experience working with Children and Families in multiple settings for over a decade. Meghan is passionate about working with and advocating for the LGBTQIA-TGNCNBI communities. Upon graduation, Meghan has sought training in gender and sexuality, gender affirming care, and CCTP Level-1 trauma training. Meghan’s approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and integrated, focusing on human connection and the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and growth

Meghan can submit out-of-network insurance reimbursement bills, (“Superbills”) and is pursuing any insurance panel that will accept her status as a limited permit holder.

Meghan strives to create an intentional space of empowerment and collaboration to aid you in navigating through life's challenges. Meghan’s therapeutic approach is strengths-based and integrative combining person-centered, ACT, IFS, and Existentialism techniques. Meghan views mental health in a holistic way, and uses evidence-based approaches to collaboratively work with clients to meet their therapeutic goals. Meghan values the importance of individualizing treatment based on each person’s specific needs.
