LGBTQ+ DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) skills group on mindfulness (open to allies): This group is in response with the environmental crisis, Covid-19, we find ourselves in. Build skills around emotional reactions, learn how to ID your emotions, gain more empowerment in your ability to cope with others, advocate for your needs, building your own ability to self soothe, increase coping skills. Find community and support in this strange-time we live now. Online group is a different space, there will meditations we run, with group topic and worksheets to take home.
